Service areas
Where we workacross Fresno County.
We are based in north Fresno and run the surrounding county from there — Clovis, Madera, Sanger and the 99 corridor south. Find your town below, or just call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly than send a truck two hours for a capacitor.

What a service area list should mean
Half the companies listing your town have never sent a truck there
Service area pages are the easiest thing in local SEO to fake. Add thirty city names, publish thirty near-identical pages, and rank for towns you would quietly decline to visit if somebody actually called.
We list nine communities because that is genuinely where we work every week, with the drive times and the parts inventory to back it up. If we listed thirty, the ones at the edge would get a slow response and a technician who resents the drive — which is worse for you than an honest no.
A short list you can rely on beats a long list you cannot.
Communities we serve
Every one of these is a regular working area, not a keyword. Approximate drive times are from our north Fresno base in normal traffic.
Fresno
Home baseOur primary market and where we are based. Housing here runs from 1950s tract homes with original ductwork through to new build in the north, so no two calls look alike. Packaged rooftop units are common in older north Fresno neighborhoods.
Explore Fresno serviceClovis
~10 minImmediately east and effectively part of our home territory. A lot of newer construction here, which means more modern split systems and heat pumps than the county average — and more equipment still inside its manufacturer warranty window.
Clovis HVAC serviceMadera
~25 minNorth across the river in Madera County, which means a different building department for permits. More rural and semi-rural properties here, often with longer duct runs and equipment working harder than the square footage suggests.
Madera HVAC serviceSanger
~25 minSoutheast toward the foothills. A mix of older in-town housing and rural properties on the way up, where we see more packaged units and the occasional system still running an obsolete refrigerant.
Sanger HVAC serviceSelma
~30 minSouth on the 99. Older ag-town housing stock with a good share of systems well past their warranty, which makes the repair-or-replace conversation a frequent one here rather than a rare one.
Selma HVAC serviceKerman
~30 minWest side, surrounded by working farmland. Airborne dust and ag particulate load condenser coils faster out here than anywhere else we work, which makes annual cleaning less optional than it is elsewhere.
Kerman HVAC serviceKingsburg
~35 minSouth end of our range on the 99. Plenty of well-kept older homes here, and owners who tend to want a system repaired properly rather than replaced early — which suits how we work.
Kingsburg HVAC serviceFowler
~25 minBetween Fresno and Selma on the 99, and close enough that response times here look much like our in-town ones. Compact town, mostly single-family, mostly conventional split systems.
Fowler HVAC serviceReedley
~35 minSoutheast on the Kings River, at the outer edge of our regular range. Still same-day in most cases, though we will tell you honestly on the phone if a given afternoon is going to be tight.
Reedley HVAC serviceOur home market
All of Fresno, not just the north end
Our office sits on North Maple, but we work the whole city — Woodward Park and the north neighborhoods, Fig Garden, the Tower District, Sunnyside, Fresno High, Central, Bullard, Hoover, McLane, Edison and out to the Clovis line.
What changes across the city is the equipment. North Fresno leans newer, with more high-efficiency split systems. Central and south Fresno hold a lot of original 1950s and 60s stock where the ductwork is often the real problem rather than the equipment bolted to it.

What being in our area actually gets you
The same standard everywhere we go. A longer drive does not mean a shorter diagnostic.
Same-day where we can
And an honest answer on the phone when a given afternoon is genuinely full.
The full diagnostic
Seven steps with instruments, wherever you are. Distance changes the drive, not the process.
The same pricing
No mileage surcharge inside our service area. What you were quoted is what you pay.
The right permit
City of Fresno, Fresno County or Madera County — we pull it with the correct jurisdiction.
Just outside the list
Not sure whether we come to you?
Call and ask. We take work slightly outside these nine communities regularly, particularly for replacements and for existing customers who have moved. What we will not do is say yes and then leave you waiting three days because the drive did not work.
Coverage questions
Do you charge extra for travel?
No mileage surcharge anywhere inside the service area on this page. The price you are quoted on the phone is the price, whether you are ten minutes away or thirty-five.
Is same-day service really available everywhere you list?
Usually, and more reliably in Fresno and Clovis than at the outer edges on a peak summer afternoon. We will tell you honestly when we call to confirm rather than booking you and hoping.
I am just outside these towns. Will you still come?
Often yes, particularly for replacements and for customers we already work with. Call and describe where you are — a straight answer takes thirty seconds and saves everyone a wasted appointment.
Which building department handles my permit?
It depends on your address. Inside city limits it is the City of Fresno; unincorporated areas fall to Fresno County; Madera is a different county entirely. We confirm the correct jurisdiction as part of quoting the job. More on permits.
Do you work nights and weekends across the whole area?
We are open 24 hours, seven days a week. Any after-hours difference in pricing is quoted when you book, before a technician is dispatched.
Do you serve commercial properties?
We work on light commercial, including packaged rooftop units on small commercial buildings across the same area. Call and describe the equipment and we will tell you whether it is a fit.
