Before you call
Do you charge for the phone call?
No. Calls, questions and quotes over the phone are free. The only fee is the flat diagnostic charge if a technician comes out, and that is waived when you approve the repair. More on the diagnostic fee.
How fast can someone get here?
Most Fresno and Clovis repair calls are handled the same day. We will tell you the soonest real window when you call rather than an optimistic one you would end up waiting past.
Do you answer at night and on weekends?
We are open 24 hours, seven days a week. Call any time. If the situation can safely wait until morning we will say so rather than dispatch a technician you do not need.
I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the house first. Do not use light switches, appliances or your phone inside. Once you are outside, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 or 911. Call us afterward and we will handle the repair once the gas utility has cleared the property.
